Chimpanzé Clube Trio is Angelo Kanaan (drums), Felipe Crocco and Luiz Miranda (both playing bass and electric guitar). The band was formed in São Paulo, Brazil in 2003.

This year the band has released its 5o album, Zerânia, by the EAEO label from São Paulo that have also released brazilan artists like Mano Brown, Cólera and Siba. The band is also ahead of the project Onda Instrumental - a partnership with instrumental bands and music clubs to improve the instrumental rock scene in Brazil. In a little more than one year of existence more than 37 different instrumental bands have played at its 21 editions, in 3 different cities and 4 different music clubs. All promoted by Onda Instrumental. For the shows of the new album the band has also a 8 piece formation band, besides its original power trio formation, that brings up to stage two saxophones, a trumpet, a keyboard and a percussion set.

Despite having its roots in rock and roll, the band does not deny other ideas and styles. They consider their music an instrumental pop rock that suits the most various tastes. They’ve played at the most diverse stages and independent festivals all over Brazil and are now looking forward to showing ZERÂNIA for the listeners all over the world.
